Generally all short term bridging loans may be repaid at any time without penalty. Loans are made for business purposes only with LVR's up to 80% of market value. Rates can vary from 4-8% per month, dependant upon collateral and loan structure. All loans must have a proven repayment and exit strategy.

Loan to Value Ratios
- Residential property (up to 80% of the Loan to Value Ratio)
- Commercial and Industrial properties (up to 70% of the Loan to Value Ratio)
- Vacant Land (up to 55% Loan to Value Ratio)
- Rural property( up to 55% Loan to Value Ratio)
- Special use premises (LVR treated on case by case basis and "quick sale price")
